Vice President of Insurer Relations and Licensed Insurance Specialist

Renee is the Vice President of Insurer Relations and a Licensed Insurance Specialist of VibrantUSA. She has spent the last 15 years in the fields of insurance, investments, health care reimbursement and tax law. Renee lives in Bellingham with her husband and son.

Marsha Neal
Training & Compliance Manager and Licensed Insurance Specialist

Marsha is the Training & Compliance Manager and a Licensed Insurance Specialist of VibrantUSA. She has over 18 years experience as a successful Sales Professional. She believes her success stems from the simple philosophy that people want to work with people they can trust. After serving in the US Armed Forces for eight years, specializing in the Communications Field, Marsha moved to Bellingham to be closer to her family and friends. For many years she coached her daughter’s soccer and basketball teams. She stays very involved with the Veteran’s of Foreign Wars and through her church works with the Homeless Community in Whatcom County.

Linda Williamson
Licensed Insurance Specialist

Linda is a Licensed Insurance Specialist with VibrantUSA. She has over eight years of experience in insurance sales and underwriting. Prior to her insurance career, she owned and operated a real estate appraisal company for more than 17 years. Linda is an avid reader and lives in Bellingham with her family and three cantankerous cats.

Don Schafer
Licensed Insurance Specialist

Don is a Licensed Insurance Specialist with VibrantUSA. Don has worked several years in the health insurance industry specializing in Medicare. Before working with VibrantUSA, Don spent 10+ years in business administration and customer service. His leadership and customer service roles throughout his career have given him the exceptional ability to listen to others and guide them to finding solutions and achieving their goals. Don and his wife are long time residents of Mount Vernon. He enjoys saltwater reef aquariums, gourmet cooking and gardening.

Dani Solberg
Licensed Insurance Specialist

Dani is a Licensed Insurance Specialist with VibrantUSA. She has lived in Washington for most of her life. After attending Pacific Lutheran University, she decided her talents and concern for people naturally fit the role of working with seniors. She began her career with The Neptune Society but quickly came to the conclusion that she was more comfortable working with health insurance matters. After obtaining her license, she joined her family’s business in 2007. She currently lives in San Antonio with Buffy, her Silky Terrier!

Paul Finn
Licensed Insurance Specialist

Paul is a Licensed Insurance Specialist with VibrantUSA. He has over 15 years experience in the insurance industry, coming to VibrantUSA from Aetna Medicare. Specializing in retiree markets most of his career, Paul brings vast experience to assist you in negotiating the ever more complicated Medicare maze. Paul resides in Spokane with his wife and daughter.

Kailie Roosma
Licensed Insurance Assistant

Kailie is a Licensed Insurance Assistant with VibrantUSA. She attended the University of Washington and graduated from Western Washington University in 2007. Shortly thereafter, she began her association with VibrantUSA as a customer service representative and is now pursuing a career as a Licensed Specialist. She lives in Glacier with her husband and pets.

Maria Worden
Agency Specialist

Maria is the Agency Specialist with VibrantUSA. She has over 15 years of experience in customer service, including three years in the Business Credit and Collections Department at T-Mobile and five years of experience in the insurance industry, including two years as a Licensed Agent with State Farm Insurance. Maria resides in Bellingham with her daughter, Victoria, and her son, Brandon.

Teresa Nansen
Office Manager

Teresa is the Office Manager of VibrantUSA. She brings over 30 years of business experience to VibrantUSA, including 18 years as a legal assistant and six years as a Medical Clinic Administrator. She resides in Bellingham with her husband and her mother. They have four adult children, two small grandchildren and two kids (dogs) who keep them very active.

Vicki Moore
Customer Service Representative

Vicki is a customer service representative with VibrantUSA. She pulls her experience from over 10 years of hands on management roles in multiple areas. Vicki’s attentiveness to details and strong background in customer relations, help her to provide a friendly and professional level of service to our clients. Vicki attended Skagit Valley College where she studied accounting and marketing. She has lived in Skagit County for many years where she enjoys spending time with her pets.

Robert Solberg
President and Chief Financial Officer

Robert is the President and CFO of VibrantUSA. He has over 10 years of experience in the financial services industry, including six years as an Audit Manager with PricewaterhouseCoopers and another two years as the Corporate Assistant Controller of Coinstar, Inc. Robert resides in San Antonio with his wife and children.

Daniel Solberg
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Dan is the Chairman and CEO of VibrantUSA. He has 35 years of experience in the financial services industry, including 10 years as the COO of Purple Cross and another six years as the CFO and then CEO of The Neptune Society. Dan was also one of the “founders” of Olympic Health Management Systems (perhaps better known today as “Sterling Life Insurance Company”). Dan resides in Spring Branch with his wife and their Labradoodle, Molly. Dan enjoys working alongside each of his three children.
