Danielle Gibbs
Licensed Insurance Assistant

Danielle is a Licensed Insurance Assistant. She has worked at VibrantUSA since the fall of 2009 and previously attended Whatcom Community College where she studied business. Originally from Kirkland WA, she now lives in Bellingham and enjoys reading, gardening, and spending time outdoors.

Renee Marr Mark Kessler
Agent Assistant

Mark is an Agent Assistant in our Everett Office. He has several years of Medicare insurance experience as well as general customer service knowledge. Mark completed his AA at Skagit Valley College. He enjoys cooking, baking and spending time with friends and family.

Tim Maloy
Licensed Insurance Specialist

Tim is a recent addition to VibrantUSA after 27 years of licensed insurance experience that included meeting the needs of Medicare subscribers. His primary interest is his family of five daughters and five grandchildren. A lifelong resident of Washington, Tim's outside interests include playing music in his bands, snow skiing, camping and enjoying seafood.

Renee Marr
VP & Licensed Insurance Specialist

Renee has spent more than 17 years in the fields of insurance, investments, health care reimbursement and tax law. She has been with VibrantUSA since its inception and has played an essential role in moving the company forward. She is the first recipient of the company's Cornerstone Award in recognition of outstanding performance and achieving sales in excess of 2,000. Renee is a graduate of Western Washington University majoring in English. She enjoys reading, cooking, boating, good wine and spending time with her loved ones. Renee lives with her husband and son in Bellingham WA.

Renee Marr Maureen McCabe
Licensed Insurance Assistant

Maureen is an experienced insurance agent. Before joining VibrantUSA, she worked both in the property and casualty side of the business as well as with Medicare insurance products. Maureen lives with her husband in Bellingham WA and together they enjoy many hobbies. Her outside interests include running and promoting a book she recently completed. Maureen previously resided in Fort Collins CO.

Vicki Moore
Licensed Insurance Specialist

Vicki joined VibrantUSA in 2009 after more than 10 years in various management roles. She attended Skagit Valley College where she studied accounting and marketing. Raised in Skagit County Washington, Vicki now lives in Everett WA where she serves as a board member and chairs the Young Advisor's Team for the Snohomish National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors. In her spare time she enjoys square dancing with many clubs in the Mount Baker Council and serves as a delegate and advertising/marketing specialist for Skagit Squares.

Dirk Nansen
Licensed Insurance Specialist

Dirk is a Licensed Insurance Specialist with VibrantUSA. He is also an Attorney specializing in estate planning. A man with many diverse interests, Dirk is an Aerospace Engineer, a Commercial Boat Captain, a Marine Engineer, and a Pilot. His main hobby is radio control aircraft. Dirk is married, has four grown children, two grandchildren and two lively dogs. When not in Bellingham, Dirk can sometimes be found on the family farm in Omak WA.

Teresa Nansen
Licensed Insurance Specialist

Teresa brings over 30 years of business experience to VibrantUSA, including 18 years as a legal assistant and six years as a Medical Clinic Administrator. She resides in Bellingham WA with her husband and her mother. Teresa and her husband have four adult children, two grandchildren and two dogs - all of which keep them very active.

Marsha Neal
VP & Licensed Insurance Specialist

Marsha has more than 18 years of experience as a successful sales professional. Having been with VibrantUSA since 2005, Marsha was recently recognized for her outstanding sales and management capabilities with a promotion to the position of Vice President. Prior to her sales career, she served in the US Armed Forces for eight years specializing in Communications. She is very involved with her community and remains active in the Veterans's of Foreign Wars. She also works with the homeless and other programs through her local church.

Kailie Roosma
Licensed Insurance Specialist

Kailie attended the University of Washington and graduated from Western Washington University in 2007. Shortly thereafter, she began her carrier with VibrantUSA. Kailie is very active in the community and particularly enjoys her time with the Alzheimer's Society of Washington where she served as chairperson for the 2011 main fundraiser for the group, "Miles for Memories." She lives in Glacier WA with her husband and pets.

Don Schafer
Licensed Insurance Specialist
Everett Office Manager

Don has worked several years in the health insurance industry specializing in Medicare. Before joining VibrantUSA, Don spent 10 plus years in business administration and customer service. His leadership and customer service roles throughout his career have given him the exceptional ability to listen to others and guide them to finding solutions and achieving their goals. Don and his wife are longtime residents of Mount Vernon WA. He enjoys saltwater reef aquariums, gourmet cooking and gardening.

Mandy Schafer
Customer Service Representative

Mandy has spent many years in retail management and customer service. She graduated from Bellingham Technical College in 2003 and also works as a registered dental assistant. Mandy enjoys gardening, reading, and competing in local running marathons. She resides in Mount Vernon WA with her husband.

Chelsea Trotter
Receptionist

Chelsea is a receptionist in the Bellingham Office. She is a graduate of Pacific Lutheran University with a BA in English Writing. Chelsea has worked for five years in administrative positions. Raised in Gig Harbor WA, she now lives in Bellingham. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her fiance, her two dogs and hiking, biking and Mexican food. Making good use of her degree, she is beginning to work on autobiographic novels.

Brad Westin
Licensed Insurance Specialist

Brad brings more than 15 years of experience to VibrantUSA as a licensed agent and trainer with a major Washington insurance company. Brad graduated from Seattle University with a BA in psychology and has lived in the Seattle area for more than 30 years. Outside the office, Brad enjoys his time as a Seattle Seafair Clown and spending time with his wife and two children.

Linda Williamson
Licensed Insurance Specialist

Linda has over nine years experience in insurance sales and underwriting. Prior to her insurance career, she owned and operated a real estate appraisal company for more than 17 years. Linda is an avid reader, enjoys vegetable gardening, and lives in Bellingham WA with her family and three "cantankerous" cats.

Lynn Wold
Licensed Insurance Specialist

Lynn brings over 18 years of customer service and public speaking experience to VibrantUSA. She attended Eastern Washington University and graduated from the Colorado School of Travel in Denver CO. Lynn has a long history of volunteer work that has fostered her sincere appreciation of seniors. She also has many talents including floral design and music. Lynn and her husband reside in Spokane WA.

Marie is located in the Client Services Department as a Licensed Insurance Specialist. Prior to joining VibrantUSA, she spent the majority of her career assisting in the establishment of two successful computer security consulting corporations specializing in government contracting. She has over ten years of experience in new business development, customer service, and human resources; including five years as the vice president of The Wynstone Group,Inc. Marie resides in San Antonio with her family and their six cocker spaniels.

She is a 2008 graduate of Mary Hardin-Baylor in Belton TX, and has spent the past ten years working in customer service. Her interests include baking, writing, her church, helping with small children and spending time outdoors. She is a native of Texas.

Juan is located in the Client Services Department as a Licensed Insurance Specialist. He attended Bellevue Community College before joining the VibrantUSA San Antonio TX office. Juan enjoys spending time with his family, appreciates the outdoors and especially values giving back to the community as a youth soccer coach. Juan is fluent in Spanish. He currently resides in San Antonio TX with his wife and two sons.

Dani Solberg

Dani began her career with VibrantUSA in Washington state and has since transferred to the San Antonio TX office. She attended Pacific Lutheran University where she decided her talents and concerns for people naturally fit the role of working with seniors. She worked for the Neptune Society and left there in 2007 to join her family's business, VibrantUSA. She currently lives in San Antonio TX with Buffy, her Silky Terrier.

Amber Turner
Client Services Representative

Amber is a client service representative in the San Antonio Client Services Department. She spent most of her childhood in California where she volunteered in an Alzheimer's facility for two years. She relocated with her family to San Antonio TX in 2005. She has three years of experience in the hospitality industry working in a family-owned restaurant. She has a passion for helping seniors. When not working or volunteering, she loves baking and crafting. She resides in San Antonio with her energetic cat, Charlie.

Chris Cantu
Agency Specialist

Chris joined VibrantUSA in the fall of 2010 after three years in the retail grocery business where he worked directly with the public. He is a graduate of Mount Vernon High School and is very dedicated to working with service groups through his church. He is also fond of sports and has contributed his talents to basketball camps and coaching a winning Middle School team. Chris lives in San Antonio TX.

Lynetta Carranza
Agency Specialist

Lynetta is an Agency Specialist in the San Antonio Office. She has 10 years of experience in banking and particularly enjoyed building relationships with her customers and problem solving. Her life away from work is spent with her family and three children. Lynetta has taught her children to be caring and giving as they have accompanied her on a regular basis to visit seniors in retirement homes who do not have family of their own.

Susan Evans
Marketing Manager

Susan has over 25 years as a marketing manager/director. She is a graduate of the School of Bank Marketing at the University of Colorado, Boulder CO. For the past many years she has focused on bringing products and services to the senior market. She has more than 12 years experience in the insurance industry and is actively involved with the local Alzheimer’s Society. Other interests include reading, writing and cooking. Susan has two grown children and lives with her husband, a very large cat and a small dog in Bellingham WA.

Desirae Gore
Agency Specialist

Desirae is an Agency Specialist. Her background includes specialized skills such as customer service, administrative office coordination, and quality control. She joined our San Antonio team in 2011. Desirae enjoys spending time with her two children and doing volunteer work in the commmunity. She focuses her volunteer work to outreach programs that assist persons with mental and physical disabilities.

Kian Movasagi
IT Specialist

Kian is an IT Specialist where his passion for all things technology gets a chance to shine. In addition to working at VibrantUSA, Kian is currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science from Whatcom Community College. Kian resides in Bellingham WA.

Daniel Solberg
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Dan has over 35 years of experience in the financial services industry, including 10 years as the COO of Purple Cross and another six years as the CFO and then CEO of The Neptune Society. Dan was also one of the founders of Olympic Health Management Systems (perhaps better known today as Sterling Life Insurance Company). Dan resides in Spring Branch TX with his wife and their Labradoodle, Molly. Dan enjoys working alongside of each of his three children.

Robert Solberg
President & Chief Operating Officer

Robert has over 10 years of experience in the financial services industry, including six years as an Audit Manager with PricewaterhouseCoopers and another two years as the Corporate Assistant Controller of Coinstar, Inc. Robert resides in San Antonio TX with his wife and children.

Russell Solberg
VP & Chief Information Officer

Russell has over eight years of experience in the information technology field, including six years with PACCAR as a Software Developer and a Business Analyst managing numerous systems and projects. Russell is a graduate from Pacific Lutheran University and from Seattle University where he completed a master's in business degree (MBA). Russell resides in Vancouver WA with his wife and son.
